Yes, it is very safe. Our Web site uses the most
advanced Apache Secure Socket Layers encryption methods
to ensure that your order details and any personally
identifiable information cannot be seen by third

*Q: How and when
will my credit card be charged?
A:
Unlike most other online businesses, we do not use
"real-time" credit card processing via a third party
credit card service. All credit card charges are
processed by our billing department. Also, unlike most
other online businesses, we do not process any credit
card charges until your order is invoiced (just prior
to shipping).
*Q:
Does the flat rate shipping and handling charge apply
to every order?
A:
The $4.85 shipping and handling fee applies to every
order shipped to a residential address within the 48
contiguous states, and this rate is reflected on every
order. For APO, FPO, and orders shipping to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and all other
addresses the actual net shipping charges will be added
to your order INSTEAD OF the $4.85 flat fee. This
adjustment is made just prior to shipping the order.
You will be notified of the exact shipping and
handling, via e-mail, prior to your credit card being
charged.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey 3
to 5 days after receipt of the order. It can take up to
an additional 3 to 10 days for the order to arrive at
your door.
*Q:
Are the products I see in your online store all that
you carry?
A:
No. At the present time only approximately 20% of our
products are represented on our Web site. New products
will be added, as time permits. If you have a favorite
product that is not in our online store, please let us
know, and if possible it will be added A.S.A.P.
